1. Singapore students have demonstrated a strong ability to apply their knowledge at the International Informatics, Mathematics and the Sciences Olympiads held from July to August 2017 at various host cities around the world. The Ministry of Education would like to congratulate our students for their excellent performance.
2. Our students showed mastery in logical and creative thinking, mathematical skills and scientific concepts. In addition, their experimental and programming skills were also put to the test in the Science and Informatics Olympiads respectively. Through pitting their skills against their international peers at the Olympiads, our students benefitted from an enriching learning experience and were motivated to strive for excellence in the international arena.
